Are Falk pans worth it?
Their pans are really nice. Well made, heavy enough to stand up to a bit of use in commercial kitchens (abuse at home), very durable non-stick coating, etc. Only problem is: they don’t appear to make pans with non-plastic handles. Which makes them all but unuseable on commercial-grade gas burners.
