Can’t do Spine Surgery. I have a bionic spine and the patient is paralyzed with a destroyed spine.

So yeah hearing is only needed if its a pawn with high social or animal skill. Everyone else can be deaf and it wouldn’t have any impact on your game at all.

Archotech arms are an arm replacement. They are more powerful than their regular bionic counterpart, providing 150% efficiency. Archotech arms do 14 damage per attack. For unarmed combat, this is somewhat high, compared to the 8 damage from fists and 12 from bionic arms.
