How do you get to the top of Spinnaker Tower?
After a quick elevator ride you arrive on level 2 o the Spinnaker Tower. This is the “children’s level”. It is enclosed in glass and has an area where the floor is glass so you can see all the way down to the street. Then, if you proceed up a stairwell, you arrive on the top floor which is open air.
