@marymcnamara It was abundantly clear that PGE knew abt the issue frm the start and was in no hurry to fix the problem. It’s up to the customer to 1.figure out that their bills are estimated 2. call PGE and determine the source of the problem 3. insist that PGE fix the smart meter.
