The mission of the Preservation of the Force and Family (POTFF) is to optimize and sustain Special Operations Forces (SOF) mission readiness, longevity, and performance through integrated and holistic human performance programs designed to strengthen the Force and Family.
When was Potff created?
SOCOM created the POTFF program in 2013 in response to recommendations from a task force assigned to identify the issues contributing to the strains and pressures of more than 10 years of multiple deployments and busy training schedules experienced by SOF and their families.
