Just make a standard 3.71m33 Pandora and that should put you onto CFW 3.71M33-3 directly (no need to downgrade). Btw the new PSP Slims that come with 4.00 firmware or over cannot be hacked with Pandora (for now anyway) so until a hack is made everyone is better off staying at their current firmware until DAX works his magic again =P.
